Caylent is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our remote delivery teams. You will design and implement scalable data platforms on AWS, build ETL pipelines, and manage data warehouses to move AI and analytics initiatives into production.

We value hands-on developers who can optimize performance, collaborate across squads, and produce clear documentation. 4+ years in data engineering or RDBMS and 2+ years on AWS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years RDBMS or data engineering experience.
• 2+ years of AWS-based implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex data platform components or migration solutions independently
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and reliability issues
• Contribute to solution design and engineering standards
• Communicate technical topics clearly to peers and stakeholders
• Produce high-quality documentation and implementation reviews
