Job summary

N-able is hiring a data analytics professional in the Philippines to aggregate, analyze, and report on data using Tableau and SQL. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into dashboards and datasets, supporting data-driven decision-making while leveraging Salesforce data for analytics.

The role emphasizes data quality, rapid iteration, and collaboration within a hybrid work model. Strong English communication is essential for stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Tableau Desktop development experience (Tableau Server a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience with custom SQL queries.
• Strong proficiency with SQL across databases (SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake).
• 5+ years in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty in a new role.
• SOQL experience to ETL and analyze Salesforce objects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and summarize large amounts of data into easily consumable information for business stakeholders through reporting and dashboarding.
• Perform Pendo data analysis including user adoption, segmentation, and product usage patterns.
• Develop new datasets using SQL and BI tools by extracting data from primary and secondary sources.
• Create, maintain, and enhance custom SQL queries.
