Capital One Philippines Service Corp. seeks a Sr. Manager, Data Analysis to partner across the company, validate analytical tools, and drive data-driven strategies.

You’ll lead a network of analysts, Quants and data scientists on challenging projects balancing business impact with work/life balance. You will refine validation practices, oversee projects, and mentor junior staff while communicating results through reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics.
• At least 5 years leading with open source data technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience managing people.
• Amenable to hybrid setup in Alabang, Muntinlupa; mid shift.

Responsibilities

• Refining a new Enterprise-wide analytical tools validation framework.
• Planning and executing validation projects.
• Assessing the quality and risk of analytical tool methodologies across Capital One.
• Understanding technical issues in analytical tools and assessing risks and opportunities.
• Independently researching and prototyping industry best practices for emerging analytical tools.
• Communicating results clearly via validation reports and presentations.
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff.
