Job summary

Tasq Work invites an experienced IT professional to lead QA, testing, and automation across cloud platforms. You will drive delivery of IT transformation projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in project/program management, hands-on D365, SAP, and ServiceNow experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program management with IT Transformation focus.
• 3+ years leading people and/or processes, services, operations.
• Proven track record delivering projects to spec amid cross-team dependencies.
• Experience with D365 F&O/CE and cloud platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce.
• Hands-on in Automation Development, DevOps CI/CD, QA testing.
• Familiar with Tosca/Worksoft/Selenium/UFT testing tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA, test automation, and cloud platform testing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and evolving project requirements.
• Develop proposals, planning, and estimations for IT transformation programs.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams and outsource resources as needed.
• Implement efficient QA processes and metrics to improve quality.
