Job summary

Keste seeks an experienced Senior Consultant, Client Care, to partner with Managed Services clients, troubleshoot and analyze Dynamics 365 issues, and advise on optimal solutions. The role also functions as a project manager, coordinating meetings, triaging issues, and guiding resource planning.

Successful candidates will lead technical discussions, document requirements, and mentor junior team members while delivering strategic initiatives and maintaining thorough case documentation for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance/SCM implementation, managed services, or both.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with virtual teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve managed services issues within SLA.
• Review inbound cases and track client and internal updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a broad view of customer efforts.
• Lead weekly client status calls to share updates and priorities.
• Assist in project delivery and manage client implementations and environments.
