KPFC Health Network seeks a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage financial records, prepare statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations in a dynamic healthcare setting.

You will review tax returns, support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate audits, monitor ledgers, and provide financial insights to guide business decisions. A Bachelor’s in Accountancy and a CPA license are required, with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required where applicable.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP software is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, monitor general ledger accounts, and ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and review tax returns, ensure timely tax payments and filings, and comply with applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare supporting documents, and recommend improvements to internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and other financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial reporting requirements, and government regulations.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to management for improved cost control and profitability.
• Review payroll accounting and ensure accurate recording and reporting of applicable statutory deductions and contributions.
• Provide financial insights, reports, and recommendations to support business decisions.
