Job summary

eData Services Phils Inc. on-site in Taguig is seeking a Senior Accountant with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.

CPA is preferred and candidates should be able to manage multiple client accounts with precision. You will prepare monthly/quarterly statements, analyze variances, provide financial insights, and communicate across levels, including executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or accountancy-related course.
• Certified Public Accountant qualification is required or preferred.
• At least 4 years experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact for client accounts and maintain strong relationships.
• Communicate with prospects and clients to understand needs and explain product value.
• Manage multiple clients with strict attention to detail.
• Assist customers via email, phone, chat, and video presentations.
• Prepare monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing variances, and summarizing trends.
• Prepare quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
• Respond to financial inquiries by analyzing and interpreting data.
• Provide financial advice by studying operational issues and developing recommendations.
• Prepare reports analyzing variances and forecasts.
• Keep up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices.
