The role focuses on managing cost engineering and cost control activities, delivering accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, analysis, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. You will work with Project Controls, Commercial & Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, and Construction to provide cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Commerce or Finance.
• PMP advantageous; CCP/CCT highly regarded.
• 10-15 years' experience in Cost Engineering on major capital projects.
• Experience preparing EAC, ETC and cash-flow forecasts.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, commitments and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost engineering and cost control for the assigned project.
• Monitor budgets, commitments, accruals and forecast expenditure.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports and cost dashboards.
• Analyse cost performance (BACT, ETC, EAC) and identify variances.
• Support change management, risk reviews and commercial cost control.
• Interface with EPC contractor and Owner's Engineer on cost matters.
