SVEN – The Digital 1st Agency seeks a strong content leader to drive strategy, writing, and team growth in Manila/Philippines. You will manage briefs, edit outputs, and coordinate with clients while mentoring junior staff.

Open to onsite work with flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines; you’ll champion SCRUM/Agile rituals and help shape brand narratives across social platforms, assets, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in copywriting and marketing, with impeccable grammar.
• High level of comprehension and learning curve.

Responsibilities

• Lead micro team, manage load of team members and provide direction on content strategy.
• Approve briefs, captions, and final output for assigned brands from content end; monitor timelines and guide project management.
• Support recruitment requirements for the team and ensure timely delivery of content across campaigns.
