Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc. seeks a Construction Senior Manager to lead large CAPEX projects, including new facilities, site expansions, and end‑to‑end engineering initiatives.

You will oversee multi‑disciplinary teams, manage vendors, and drive standards across multiple sites. You will lead feasibility, budgeting, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery while reporting on a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer).
• 10+ years in managerial and technical roles in factory/industrial engineering or construction management (FMCG).
• Experience managing multi‑billion-peso CAPEX or large facility construction projects.
• Expertise in civil/structural design, mechanical systems, utilities engineering, and end‑to‑end construction processes.
• Strong background in contractor management, cost estimating, and project controls.
• Advanced skills in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Willing to report on a hybrid work setup in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: feasibility to turnover.
• Direct and manage large-scale CAPEX projects across locations.
• Develop engineering standards and PM tools for deployment.
• Set schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and metrics.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Legal, and Facilities.
• Oversee contractor performance and safety compliance.
• Provide technical leadership across civil/structural, mechanical, and utilities.
• Ensure regulatory permits and quality standards are met.
• Drive cost control, issue resolution, and change management.
• Mentor and build project engineering capabilities.
