Key duties include developing testing plans, documenting results, coordinating with Internal Audit, and guiding management on corrective actions. The role emphasizes strong communication and collaboration with defense lines.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years related to compliance, compliance testing/monitoring or auditing.
• Educated to graduate (or equivalent).
• Certifications or an advanced degree are a plus.
• Knowledge of regulations and key regulatory developments is advantageous.
• Analytical ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret laws and regulations to develop testing plans.
• Independently establish scope and test steps for reviews.
• Document testing reviews and assess compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Engage with Compliance SMEs to understand matters of concern.
• Track identified issues to closure with action owners.
• Develop relationships with Internal Audit to coordinate testing efforts.
• Meet with business unit leaders to discuss results and responses.
