Optum, a UnitedHealth Group company, seeks a senior Cloud Compliance Specialist in the Philippines to lead governance and audit activities for public cloud assets. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and controls.

The role focuses on generating and reviewing cloud compliance reports, supporting internal and external audits, and identifying remediation actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT, Security, Compliance, Risk, Governance, or Cloud Operations experience
• Strong Cloud Governance experience (policy enforcement, controls management, risk management, governance frameworks)
• Hands-on Cloud Compliance experience supporting public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or multi-cloud)
• PCI Compliance knowledge and experience (PCI DSS, payment card data security controls, audit support, evidence collection, remediation tracking)
• Experience generating and analyzing Cloud Compliance & Audit Reports for internal and external auditors
• Experience supporting audit programs, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and control validations
• Strong understanding of security controls and regulatory requirements within cloud environments
• Experience working directly with auditors, compliance teams, and business stakeholders
