Job summary

TEAM International is a global IT consulting and software development partner hiring a hands-on Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native data and AI solutions. You will leverage AWS and Snowflake to create production-grade data products, optimize pipelines, and enable scalable analytics across structured and unstructured data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software/data engineering in enterprise environments.
• Deep AWS and Snowflake experience with data pipelines.
• Strong Python and Java with production-grade software practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools preferred.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade software and data solutions end-to-end.
• Design and implement reliable, scalable data pipelines using AWS and Snowflake.
• Model, curate, and optimise Snowflake datasets and schemas for performance and usability.
• Apply strong software engineering practices: clean code, CI/CD, testing, observability.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions and analytics use cases.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
• Build cloud-native integrations and automations on AWS and managed AI services.
• Own deployment, release, and production operations with root-cause analysis and incident resolution.
