Qualifications

• 3–5 years overall F&A experience (excluding AP and OTC).
• At least 1–2 years experience in P&L.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Willing to lead a team of up to 5 direct reports.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to engagement teams to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with executives to communicate the contract or account financial position.
• Complete monthly/quarterly financial and operational activities.
• Fulfill invoicing and collections, per contractual requirements.
• Advise on forecast management activities and reporting.
• Track time reporting, expenses, and variances against program budget.
• Mentor junior CFM analysts and contribute to process improvements.
• Support local CFM recruiting initiatives.
