Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years accounting experience, preferably in casino, gaming, or junket operations.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, general ledger, and monthly/annual closing.
• Ensure accurate accounting of junket rolling, commissions, rebates, and incentives.
• Monitor and reconcile high-volume cash and chip transactions.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and casino partners.
• Implement and maintain strong internal control systems for cash-intensive operations.
• Review tax compliance, filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support management in financial risk assessment and cost optimization.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting systems

Understanding of GAAP-compliant financial reporting

Knowledge of cash-intensive accounting environments

Experience with multi-currency transactions

Education
