Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional payroll experience.
• Experience with Canadian payroll and ESA knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills for data reconciliation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines and handle confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for the Philippines-based team and support ~850 employees.
• Apply Canadian payroll practices and ESA rules; support audits.
• Calculate commissions and adjust data; validate with Excel.
• Review time and attendance data before processing.
• Work within Rippling; resolve data discrepancies and generate reports.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
