Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Revit and Civil 3D, and strong communication skills. Willingness to work nationwide and overtime may be needed in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or architecture
• Experience in construction is advantageous
• Proficient in drawing software
• Analytical with keen attention to detail
• Good oral and written communication
• Willing to work anywhere in the Philippines and render overtime if necessary
• Minimum 3 years work experience
• Proficient in Revit and Civil 3D for 3D modeling

Responsibilities

• Prepare all shop drawings, preferably structural detailing, rebar arrangement drawings and cutting lists
• Update construction drawings as per construction bulletin
• Prepare As-stake and As-built drawings accordingly
• Maintain all files and documentation
