MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to design and maintain automated dashboards and data solutions at its Libis, Quezon City campus. The role focuses on Power BI, Power Platform, and robust SQL-based ETL to streamline reporting and data integrity.

The successful candidate will collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions in an onsite setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Power BI skills with DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, transformation, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree or certification in a technical field.

Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

• Design and maintain automated dashboards and integrated data solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and system performance.
• Perform advanced data wrangling, including acquisition, merging, and cleaning, to prepare complex datasets for visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations to gather, document, and validate reporting requirements.
• Implement robust ETL processes and reusable semantic models using SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including expert-level use of DAX and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and management.
• Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Data Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven ability to work with relational and cloud-based databases to join data from multiple sources.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform for building integrated business solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically for performing complex data reconciliations and workbook management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to recommend data-driven solutions for business issues.
• Experience in data governance, including the creation of report documentation and data glossaries.
