ERNI, a Swiss-headquartered software company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the DAS SovOps project in the Philippines. The role focuses on stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and adoption training within Agile and Waterfall contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Info Mgmt or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in business analysis, with 5+ years in a senior BA role.
• 5 years in banking/financial services sector.
• 7 years designing and documenting business processes.
• Familiarity with data analysis, BPM and PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for IT teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Plan and lead conferences/workshops to gather requirements and secure buy-in.
• Conduct periodic training and user adoption activities for MAS and BoardLib communities.
• Develop requirements in Azure DevOps with standard artifacts and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA/test teams to validate test scenarios and support UAT.
• Define processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Design and evaluate solutions addressing business problems and requirements.

What are our wishes?

The client expects the Senior BA in DAS SovOps project for Collaborative Solution to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course
• At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis and 5 years in a senior business analysis role
• 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector
• 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, business process modeling, and project management methodologies.
• Strong training and facilitation skills to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Knowledge in Agile and Waterfall Methodology
• Knowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documents
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Technology Stack such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power BI
• Has the ability to build rapport, manage relationships, and address concerns and has relevant experience in providing user adoption training
• Strong stakeholder communication and management skills
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

How can you contribute to the team?

The Senior BA is required to be an Agile BA who will work collaboratively with the end users and specifically will:

Stakeholder management and communication

• Act as a point of contact for IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating the efficient exchange of technical solutions and business requirements.
• Lead Conferences and Workshops: Plan and lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to get feedback, confirm specifications, and guarantee alignment and buy-in from stakeholders.

Adoption and Training

• The primary go-to person of the team in conducting periodic learning workshops to MAS and BoardLib user communities ensuring smooth transitions and adoption through communication, training, and support.
• Create training materials to be used for continuous learning references.
• Ensure the accuracy and content of the system’s knowledgebase based on the current application features.

Requirements Gathering and Elicitation

• Conduct requirements elicitation workshop and present findings to stakeholders
• Gather and analyze data from many sources to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow enhancements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

Process Enhancement and Modeling

• Define business processes in consultation with business users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

Solution Design and Evaluation

• Develop and recommend solutions to address business problems and meet stakeholder needs.
• Develop necessary requirements for the project in Azure Dev Ops, aligned with the standard document artifacts as supporting documents.
• Provide thorough specifications covering functional and non-functional requirements for minor and major enhancements.

Scrum team and other IT teams’ support and collaboration

• Collaborate with the QA team to provide and validate test scenarios for creation of test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.
• Collaborating with ITD teams to implement new technology solutions specifically with ITD colleagues working on the integrating systems on any technical requirements needed for providing a holistic solution to the business.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.

The Senior BA will work with its counterparts, from business, vendor, and technical side of new systems, including integration when needed, within the ecosystem of the client.

Work Arrangement

• RTO 3x, WFH 2x a week

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
