Job summary

VITRO, Inc. in Makati seeks a seasoned Business Continuity Management professional to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of its BCM framework aligned with ISO 22301 and ISO 31000. You will conduct assessments, develop BCPs, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resilience.

The role requires at least 6 years in BCM or risk management, plus 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills are essential, with training on ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management or Risk Management.
• 1 year in a supervisory role or as a specialist is required.
• Strong knowledge of BCM frameworks and related standards (ISO 22301, ISO 31000).
• Experience in risk assessment, BIA, incident management, and crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the BCM framework aligned with ISO 22301 and ISO 31000.
• Conduct BCMS assessments, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Develop, review, and maintain BCPs, DRPs, and Crisis Management Plans.
• Perform BIA to identify critical functions and recovery requirements.
• Support IT Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and RTO evaluation.
• Facilitate incident response, crisis simulations, and recovery exercises.
• Monitor BCM performance metrics and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct BCM awareness and training sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA.
