Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development, data engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, particularly in ETL pipeline development and API integration.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL with complex SQL, performance tuning, and schema design.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, transformation, validation, and integrity checks.
• Proven experience in system integration, repointing, and refactoring of enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based ETL pipelines for enterprise data processing.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Integrate, refactor, and maintain core business systems across enterprise platforms.
• Support repointing and migration of business-critical systems (CIND, OMS, ERP/Accounting).
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation during migrations.
• Develop automated testing and error-handling mechanisms for data pipelines and apps.
• Troubleshoot backend, integration, and data-related issues.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Participate in Agile and remote working environment with planning, testing, deployment, and discussions.
• Ensure backend solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
