Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Makati, Philippines is seeking a senior software developer for a 6-month contractual role. The position requires at least 5 years of software development experience, with strong Java expertise and healthcare/insurance project background.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of software development experience.
Experience in Java and projects related to healthcare or insurance.
Exposure to SQL/PLSQL, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, Git, and related tools.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Review code and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability and scalability.
Ensure best practices in security, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
