Job summary

Chevron is seeking an Auditor based in Makati City, Philippines, to join the Corporate Audit team. You will plan, execute and report on internal, contractor, NOJV and external audits with an emphasis on SOX testing, while assessing control effectiveness across diverse business units.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, have at least five years of audit or financial controls experience, and can collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in audit, accounting, or financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute internal and external audits with focus on SOX testing.
• Review operating environment and processes to identify risks.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and contractual obligations.
• Test that Chevron’s business information and IT assets are protected.
• Prepare audit reports with observations and recommendations.
• May lead moderate complexity audits and coordinate teams.
