Job summary

Limjoco, Lumagui & Co. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced audit professional to assist planning the engagement and to supervise staff throughout the process.

You will ensure timely completion of all audit activities and related documents in line with firm standards. The role will involve preparing client billings, pursuing collections, and training staff while evaluating performance and guiding improvement areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy is required.
• 3–5 years of audit experience, preferably in an international accounting firm.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in planning the audit engagement.
• Supervise the staff during the engagement.
• Ensure that audit and related administrative activities, documents and reports are completed on time and according to professional standards.
• Prepare client billings and pursue collections.
• Train the staff you supervise.
• Evaluate and review staff performance and discuss areas of improvement.
• When necessary, perform the function of an associate.
