A leading manufacturing company in Makati is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to oversee audit teams and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits. The ideal candidate should be a Certified Public Accountant with 8-10 years of audit experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm. This full-time position offers a negotiable salary up to Php 100,000 and benefits including performance bonuses and HMO. The work setup is hybrid, requiring occasional presence in Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant with at least 8 to 10 years of experience in audit.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• Ability to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide the audit team in conducting financial, operational, and/or compliance audits.
• Examine and assess internal control effectiveness and adherence to rules.
• Explain audit issues and provide practical fixes.
• Assemble and deliver audit reports to management.
• Participate in initiatives to improve audit procedures.
