Job summary

Roth & Co is seeking a Senior Audit professional to lead audits, apply US GAAP expertise, and guide junior staff. The role demands strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive audit experience in public accounting or related field.
• 1+ year of US audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and audit procedures.
• Solid understanding of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Ability to lead engagements, mentor juniors, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-quality audits from planning to reporting.
• Apply US GAAP and internal control principles to complex areas.
• Review and finalize client financials per standards.
• Manage 4–6 client engagements per season with quality and timeliness.
• Lead communication with internal teams and US counterparts.
• Coach, supervise, and onboard junior associates and interns.
