K E Wee & Associates PAC, Public Accountants, is seeking an Assistant Audit Manager in a progressive firm of 18-20 people. The role emphasizes technical excellence, supervision and coaching for growth within the firm, with ample progression opportunities for those invested in the profession.

The ideal candidate has ACCA or a degree in accountancy, 5+ years external audit experience incl. 2 years in Singapore, strong accounting and auditing knowledge, and excellent English communication and

Qualifications

Must have ACCA or a Degree in Accountancy.
Minimum 5 years external audit experience with at least 2 years in Singapore.
Good knowledge of accounting, auditing and Financial Reporting Standards.
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
Positive work attitude and adaptability to firm standards.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervision, management and review of audits of statutory financial statements and compilation of unaudited statements.
Manage larger or complex audit engagements and other assignments.
Prepare and compile unaudited statutory financial statements (including consolidated statements).
Participate in or assist in other assurance assignments and special projects.
Train and coach audit seniors and assistants.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
