Pepper Money is hiring a Senior Audit and Compliance Accountant in BGC, Taguig, with hybrid work (3 days in the office, 2 from home). You will deliver statutory, regulatory and tax reporting for UK entities and partner with auditors and senior stakeholders to strengthen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in IFRS-based statutory reporting.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data and present it clearly.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts for UK entities.
• Support regulatory reporting and submissions.
• Assist with tax analysis and computations.
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate audit requests.
• Partner with Corporate Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Support month-end activities and validate key estimates.
• Contribute to risk management reporting and financial controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
• Act as a reporting contact for the Manila office.
• Analyze and present financial data to support decisions.
• Present findings to Executive and Director-level audiences.
• Support strategic projects and Finance initiatives.
• Qualified accountant, finalist, or QBE candidates will be considered.
