Job summary

Our Clients in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Associate to lead business consulting engagements spanning information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management. The role combines team leadership with hands-on project delivery in a hybrid work setup.

You will guide engagement objectives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure clear communication with the Project Manager. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in IT assurance or business

Responsibilities

• Participate in consulting engagements focused on Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, and Resilience Management.

• Guide the team in completing engagement objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address issues encountered during engagements.

Role Overview

The Senior Associate will take a team leadership role in business consulting engagements. The position supports projects involving information security, cybersecurity governance, and resilience management.

Responsibilities:

Consulting Engagements

• Participate in consulting engagements focused on Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, and Resilience Management.
• Support the delivery of project objectives and agreed engagement requirements.

Team Leadership & Project Execution

• Serve as a team leader for assigned consulting engagements.
• Facilitate client and project walkthrough sessions.
• Guide the team in completing engagement objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and help address issues encountered during engagements.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager regarding project status, accomplishments, and challenges.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business consulting engagements or IT assurance projects.

• Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Information Security
• Cybersecurity Governance
• Resilience Management
• IT Security
• IT Governance

• Strong communication skills.

• Preferred Certifications
