Coordinates with Owner’s Engineers and BOP Contractors on design reviews, construction progress, procurement, HSSE implementation, and QA/QC activities. Reviews BOP design documents, site reports, material data sheets, quality records, and monitors specification or drawing variations, material deliveries, and contractor performance.
