Job summary

WSP Global Inc. Manila is seeking an experienced Architect to join our design team on landmark projects worldwide. You will produce design and construction documentation, lead technical content, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a BS Architecture, 7+ years' experience, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. You will mentor juniors, manage tasks, and uphold confidentiality while working in a busy project environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Architecture.
• Preferably minimum of 7 years' professional experience in a related discipline.
• Significant experience producing work using relevant software including but not limited to; Revit and AutoCAD.
• Able to work effectively and competently with people at all levels; within and external to the organisation; strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment, to achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion.
• Ability to adopt a client-centric approach - placing our clients (internal and external) at the centre of everything we do.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrated capability to perform effectively as part of a team across a matrix type structure; a team player and considers the views of others.
• Ensures that confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times.
• Consistently demonstrates trustworthiness, integrity, professionalism and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Produce a full range of high-quality design and construction documentation in support of the wider architectural team.
• Produce high quality images and related deliverables for architectural visualisation and presentation purposes as required.
• Produce graphs, charts and diagrams for inclusion in technical reports, submissions, proposals and marketing material.
• Show leadership in the documentation process.
• Mentor junior team members in producing high-quality documentation and technical content of construction.
• To contribute to the teams training, development, operation and administration of computer aided design.

What youll do

Operational

• Work with our project leads to produce and deliver all aspects of design documentation to clients.
• The detailed planning of the technical content of architectural projects.
• Appropriate standard of presentation of both manual and REVIT documentation consistent with the project brief;
• Carry out design and documentation in accordance with the project brief to produce excellent design outcomes.
• Assist in production of presentation materials using manual, 3D modelling and image manipulation software.
• The co-ordination of technical content with other disciplines engaged on a project.
• Liaise with other team members to assist in providing a total service to clients.
• The preparation of specifications in conjunction with contract documentation.
• Act as task manager as required.
• Carry out all administrative tasks associated with the assigned project
• The provision of other client services as requested.
