Senior Architect
The Senior Architect leads the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. This role involves developing detailed architectural designs, ensuring structural integrity, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and overseeing project compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements. The Senior Architect provides technical guidance to junior architects, reviews design deliverables, and ensures that all project phases align with aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.
Develop and oversee architectural concepts, design plans, and detailed drawings.
Lead project planning, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and design presentations.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients throughout all project stages.
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Provide mentorship, technical oversight, and guidance to junior architects and design teams.
Resolve design issues, propose innovative solutions, and adapt plans as needed.
Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent).
3–5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
