Job summary

Private Advertiser in Subic Bay, Philippines, is seeking a Senior ARCHICAD Architect / Interior Designer to join its in-house team. You will work on international projects for Australian clients, delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and high-rise developments with BIM and detailed construction documentation.

You will collaborate with about 20 staff, apply advanced ARCHICAD expertise, and work independently on complex projects from our Subic Bay office.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in GRAPHISOFT ARCHICAD.
Professional experience in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
Strong BIM and architectural documentation skills.
Experience producing detailed construction documentation.
Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing.
Ability to independently work through complex projects.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong understanding of professional project workflows.
Previous Australian and/or Singaporean project experience highly desirable.
Must be willing and able to work full-time from Subic Bay office.

Responsibilities

Work on substantial architectural and interior design projects across residential, commercial, and high-rise developments.
Produce detailed construction documentation and BIM projects.
Independently work through complex projects with minimal supervision.
Contribute advanced ARCHICAD expertise to project delivery.
