Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Senior Associate in Applied AI/ML to design and deploy predictive models and generative AI solutions within Shared Services. You will build reusable services to improve risk assessment, regulatory change mapping, control design, and governance reporting.

You will lead end-to-end model delivery, including data prep, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring, while partnering with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders to ensure alignment and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• Three years of experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions from prototype to production.
• Strong Python proficiency for data analysis, modeling, and production deployment.
• Experience building, evaluating, and deploying predictive models using common libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience building and deploying large language model workflows with retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive ML, analytics, and generative AI solutions for complex business problems.
• Build agentic workflows into end-to-end business processes (RAG, tool calls, routing, structured outputs).
• Prototype AI approaches and turn successful prototypes into reusable, production-ready services with measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end model delivery: dataset prep, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, iteration.
• Design and operate production pipelines and services (batch and real-time) with monitoring and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, and controls to define requirements and drive adoption.
• Apply responsible AI and governance practices across the model lifecycle, including guardrails and documentation.
