Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Appian Consultant to lead enterprise app development and digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Appian and strong knowledge of other Low-code platforms.

You will collaborate with business partners, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Appian-based solutions, guide teams, and drive automation while aligning with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with Appian and related technologies.
• 5+ years in Appian with end-to-end implementations on at least 3 projects.
• Experience with Web API integrations and external system requirements.
• Strong database knowledge (MySQL or SQL Server) and stored procedures.
• Appian Process Models, Rules & Expressions, Data Management including complex data types.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and automation-focused mindset.
• Combination of technical prowess, business acumen, leadership, and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather needs and requirements.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance Appian-based solutions.
• Perform production verification testing during the release cycle.
• Utilize latest Appian features to automate end-to-end processes.
• Lead solution delivery in partnership with internal teams and external partners.
• Explore new technologies and conduct proofs of concepts for wider team.
• Identify issues, risks and present options to stakeholders with next steps.
• Guide teams to build solutions according to industry standards and best practices.
