Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Application Security Specialist to assess and secure web-based and in-house applications, as well as open-source telephony solutions. You will collaborate with the security analyst team on new initiatives and develop in-house tools for threat monitoring, vulnerability management, and security control administration.

You will lead security reviews, perform code reviews and testing, and integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines while championing SSDLC practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent or 5+ years experience.
Security Certifications such as CISSP, C|ASE, GPEN, or OSCP are preferred.
Experience in app security assessments and penetration testing.
Proficiency with .NET (C#), Python, and ASP.
Experience with Burp Suite, ZAP, SQLMap and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

Assess software and applications for security vulnerabilities via code reviews, automated scanning, fuzzing, and manual inspection.
Collaborate with development teams to identify security impacts and mitigation strategies during sprint planning.
Develop and manage tools/processes to enable security testing (SAST, DAST, IAST).
Provide security reviews as part of ticketed code-release workflows.
Implement automated vulnerability scanning in CI/CD pipelines and SSDLC concepts.
