Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7–11 years of experience.
CPA certification required or equivalent.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead financial consulting projects to enhance client performance and decision-making.
Analyze client financial processes to identify improvements and cost reductions.
Design and implement solutions to streamline finances and strengthen controls.
Provide guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation.
Manage financial shared services to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop financial strategies to support client goals and objectives.
Oversee financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and performance.
