Job summary

Malaya Tech Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced Anaplan Specialist to build and enhance models and to support L3 operations. You will design scalable Anaplan solutions, manage ALM across environments, and implement secure data integrations with IT teams.

The role emphasizes governance and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate holds 3+ years of Anaplan expertise, with Level 3 certification and a preferred Architect certification in progress, plus strong communication across stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience with L3 support.
• Level 3 Anaplan Model Building Certification is required.
• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification is preferred or in progress.
• Experience with supply chain management or related processes.

Responsibilities

Job description

Purpose of the Role

To provide expert-level Anaplan model building, L3 support, and data integration for [PLDT]. The role is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and building Anaplan models while ensuring alignment with business processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into efficient Anaplan models while ensuring best practices, performance optimization, and long-term solution sustainability.

Model Build & Enhancement

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution design and hands-on model development.

• Own technical solution decisions, model architecture, and performance optimization

• Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan designs

• Manage ALM processes,including development, test, and production environments

• Strong adherence to Anaplan best practices and governance standards

Data Integration & Platform Enablement

• Design and implement data integrations using Anaplan Connect, APIs, or middleware tools

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with enterprise data standards

• Collaborate with client IT and data teams to support scalable integration architectures

Model Maintenance & Support

• Maintain existing Anaplan models to ensure they run smoothly and accurately.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues or errors in the models.

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead requirements workshops and solution design sessions with business stakeholders

• Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.

• Follows change management protocols and documentation

• Conduct knowledge transfer or training sessions as required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Anaplan modeling experience, including hands-on L3 support.

• Level 3 Anaplan Model Building Certification (Required)

• Anaplan Solution Architect Certification (preferred or in progress)

• Experience with supply chain management or relevant business processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of:

• Model performance optimization

• Sparsity management and calculation efficiency

• ALM and release management

Experience

• minimum 3years delivering Anaplan implementations

• Proven experience across multiple Anaplan use cases (FP&A, Management Report , S&OP, Sales Planning, Workforce Planning, etc.)

• Demonstrated ownership of solution design and model architecture decisions

• Experience with Anaplandata integration with external systems
