7114 Bacardi-Martini Philippines Inc (BMC) is seeking a senior Master Data Tech to lead governance, maintenance and integration of master data across SAP ecosystems in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role focuses on delivering SAP MDG/MDM solutions, driving data quality, and aligning with SOX controls while collaborating across functions and leadership levels to enable revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in FMCG, preferably spirits/beverages.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Functional/Technical SAP Master Data knowledge (S/4HANA optional).
• Experience in SAP migration (MDG/ECC).
• Familiar with MD tools like LSMW and Wishuttle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology solutions enabling Master Data Governance, Maintenance, and Integration.
• Analyze requirements and guide design and development for MD Solutions in Material, Customer, Supplier, Profit Center, Cost Center, GL, Pricing.
• Ensure data quality and SOX controls are built into solutions.
• Advocate standard SAP and minimize customization where possible.
• Lead testing to ensure readiness for User Acceptance Testing.
• Maintain solution health to meet SLAs, SOX, and data quality objectives.
• Coordinate with ASG and Bacardi Tech streams; ensure smooth handoff to ASG.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

You are part of the Master Data Tech team. You manage Tech solutions and services, focused on effective and efficient execution of Master Data processes. Not limited to the primary assignment, you support and deliver Tech enhancements and projects in line with Master Data Tech strategy.

You are a leader with sharp focus on data and insights and have an analytical bent of mind. You have strong commercial and financial acumen to identify market opportunities and accordingly recommend strategic decisions for increasing revenue and profitability. Forging strong relationships is your core strength and you are highly skilled in building close partnerships across functions and leadership levels – both within and outside Bacardi. Your deep commercial knowledge and ability to develop strategic relationships will be the key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for delivery of technology solutions that enable Master Data Governance, Master Data Maintenance, and Master Data Integration.
• Be responsible for requirements analysis, design execution and development direction of MD Solutions in the following domains: Material, Customer, Supplier, Profit Center, Cost Center, General Ledger, Pricing.
• To always have Controls Compliance and Data Quality in mind and designed into solutions proposed.
• To have the SAP Greenfield design mindset (Be standard as much as possible). As much as possible, avoid recommending highly customized/bespoke solutions, always showing what part of the requirements could be covered by what is standard SAP.
• To manage and execute testing for developed solutions to ensure sufficiency for User Acceptance.
• To Manage Solution Health in such a way that it meets current SLAs (Service Level Agreements), SOX Controls, and Data Quality objectives.
• To ensure all solution deployments follow established release methodology, and all required supporting documents are in place.
• Proactively propose corrective/adaptive change and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure Solution Health, improve the team´s efficiency and MD user autonomy.
• Coordinate and Collaborate with the ASG (Application Support Group - Accenture) and other Bacardi Tech streams as required.
• Be responsible to ensure support handoff from projects/initiatives to the ASG team.

SKILLS

• 5 years + Experience of working with a FMCG manufacturer preferably in the Spirits/Beverages industry.
• Ability to manage and co-ordinate multiple tasks, projects and priorities.
• Functional/Technical knowledge in SAP Master Data Technologies (SAP S/4HANA optional)
• Experience in SAP migration (MDG/ECC)
• Functional Knowledge in SAP master data maintenance and migration tools like LSMW, Wishuttle or other similar products.
• Functional Knowledge in SAP data query and analysis tools.
• SAP Development experience is appreciated.
• High Competence in Excel (advanced), macros, pivot tables, look‑ups etc.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and ensure team success
• Project Management knowledge.
• Service Management and Team Management Experience is appreciated.
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
