Job summary

PMFTC Inc. in Makati invites you to join our Analytics team of 40+ professionals to turn data into strategy across Commercial & Consumer Insights, Omnichannel, Finance, and Operations. You will build BI dashboards, perform data analysis, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value.

We seek at least 3 years of BI experience, expertise in Power BI and SQL, and knowledge of cloud data warehousing; strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of total experience with BI, web analytics, analytics engineering or related fields.
• Strong working experience with Microsoft PowerBI; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Experience with cloud data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake), SQL querying and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis to identify insights and drive strategic initiatives across functions and markets.
• Data visualization and dashboarding to support key activities and decisions.
• Data management, automation and data pipeline improvements across tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to advanced analytics and AI initiatives as needed.
• Provide leadership and coaching to junior analysts.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 3 years of total experience with Business Intelligence, Web Analytics, Business and Commercial Development, Analytics Engineering or other relevant fields
• Strong working experience with Microsoft PowerBI, other BI tools like Tableau will be considered
• Experience with cloud data warehouse (i.e. Snowflake), relational databases and querying (ETL/DW, SQL)
• Knowledge on programming languages (R, Python) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
• Applied statistics (hypothesis testing, causal inference, experimental design) and feature engineering skills is a plus
• Knowledge on data engineering fundamentals is a plus
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability and not afraid to take initiative and be innovative
• Experience with project planning (communicating & ensuring timely & quality delivery) and stakeholder engagement
• Strong active listening and communication skills to build partnerships at all levels and ability to explain complex matters to non-technical experts
• Working experience in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Data Analysis. Deep-dive into the data to find insights that drive the strategy and implementation of new projects across functions and markets. Develop recommendations and prepare actionable proposals
• Data Visualization & dashboarding. Bring transparency to business by building and maintaining reports and dashboards that support key activities and decision making
• Data Management. Automate and optimise data collection, transformation, loading, analysis, presentation, visualisation, and monitoring processes (May also include build, maintain and improve data pipelines using a wide range of technologies)
• Project Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and other global teams in order to resolve the most challenging issues
• Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. You might also participate in AI / Machine Learning projects, contributing to advanced solutions.
• Leader among peers. You would be expected to be a leader among your analyst peers, working on onboarding, training, and coaching more junior team members to help them grow and develop

Work Schedule and Location

• Generally, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement
• Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
