Job summary

Innodata Inc. seeks a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. You will build AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, and tool calling, and create scalable AI services and APIs with Python, microservices, and cloud platforms.

You will evaluate models, implement guardrails, optimize performance, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable AI capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field.
• 5+ years in AI/ML or software engineering with production AI experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Python programming and API development skills.
• RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex experience.
• AWS Bedrock/Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI experience.
• ML/DL/MLOps knowledge; Docker/CI/CD; monitoring & cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience delivering Generative AI, LLM, or Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong Python programming and API development skills.
• Practical knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, MLOps, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud deployment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
