Job summary

JWay Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to build intelligent applications and AI-powered workflows. You will leverage Claude Code, Codex, Anti-gravity, and Zed to accelerate development, automate engineering tasks, and deliver scalable AI solutions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and continuously improve AI systems that drive measurable business impact across global time zones.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/Data Science/AI with strong academic background.
• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML or data science.
• Proven track record deploying ML models to production.
• Experience building end-to-end AI applications and collaborating with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production ML models.
• Build AI-powered applications with modern software engineering practices.
• Develop NLP, CV, predictive analytics, or Generative AI solutions.
• Improve model performance, scalability, and reliability.
