Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an AI Engineer Senior Associate to transform raw data into actionable insights and to drive data-driven decisions for our diverse client portfolio. You will apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and ML to tackle complex business problems, building data pipelines and visualizations that inform strategic choices.

In this role you will mentor junior team members, collaborate with advisory, assurance, and tax teams, and stay current with AI trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in data science, AI, or analytics roles.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Strong full-stack or backend development skills: Python, Angular or React, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, testing, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience building AI-integrated applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LangChain/LlamaIndex/Autogen.
• Proven cloud and DevOps capability: Azure, AWS, or GCP deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, security, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Leveraging statistical modeling and data visualization techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Using machine learning algorithms and tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Conducting exploratory and descriptive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Building and maintaining data pipelines and data lakes for large-scale processing.
• Collaborating with clients to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Applying programming skills in C++ and R to develop data science workflows.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity through data engineering practices.
• Mentoring junior team members in data science methods and techniques.
• Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with AI advancements.
