Job summary

NCS Group is seeking a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, implement, and optimize scalable digital experiences. The role focuses on building robust AEM solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and delivering high-performance websites.

You will lead technical design discussions, mentor juniors, and ensure best practices in security and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years hands-on AEM development experience (6.5+ or AEM as a Cloud Service preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and customization of AEM Sites, Templates, Components, and Workflows.
• Develop AEM integrations with CRM, eCommerce, DAM, Analytics, and Marketing tools.
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs for headless CMS use.
• Ensure coding best practices, security, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Stay updated with Adobe roadmap and industry trends.
