Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis. You will partner with the Financial Controller and leadership to drive insights, improve processes, and support strategic decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/finance, CPA or equivalent, and strong leadership. Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, and cloud ERP systems is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA qualification or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• 8+ years accounting/finance experience, incl. 4+ years month-end close.
• Experience preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Strong reconciliations, journals, accruals, and balance sheet reporting.
• Advanced Excel and cloud-based ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close, GL reconciliations, journals, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports, budget variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and performance insights.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, credit management, debt collection, and customer accounts.
• Manage payroll reconciliations and support compliance activities (BAS/GST, PAYG, payroll tax, FBT, NZ GST).
• Handle bookkeeping and financial reporting for the New Zealand entity.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, inventory reconciliations, and gross profit analysis.
• Partner with operational teams and provide financial support to business leaders.
• Drive process improvements, maintain financial controls, and enhance ERP reporting/workflows.

About the Role

Our client is a growing and well-established business seeking an experienced finance professional to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and business performance analysis. Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA qualification or equivalent professional accounting certification.
• 8+ years of accounting or finance experience, including at least 4 years managing month-end close.
• Experience preparing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, journals, accruals, and balance sheet reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with cloud-based ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Regarded

• NetSuite experience.
• Experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand businesses.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll, superannuation, GST, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Power BI or dashboard reporting tools.
• Background in wholesale, distribution, or product-based businesses.
