Qualifications

• College Level or a graduate of any 2-year Technical Course.
• 2-3 years semiconductors assembly and burn-in/test production experience; experience leading a small production team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated test equipment and meet productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle time and KPI targets set by supervisor and management.
