Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.

• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment upkeep, and repair.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, QC tools, and structured problem‑solving methods.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
• Exposure to automation systems (e.g., robot pick‑and‑place) is considered a plus.
• Experience using JMP software for data analysis is advantageous.
• For fresh graduates, relevant projects or accomplishments will be regarded as a strong asset
