Job summary

Lennor Group in the Philippines seeks a Manufacturing Manager for semiconductor manufacturing to lead daily operations, ensure targets, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

You will develop manufacturing plans, optimize capacity, and oversee resources, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and other teams to sustain production continuity and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 10 years of manufacturing leadership in semiconductor environments.
• Strong track record in production efficiency and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet targets while maintaining quality and delivery.
• Develop and execute manufacturing plans aligned with goals and requirements.
• Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and space utilization.
• Monitor KPIs and scorecards to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Drive lean, JIT, Six Sigma, and TOC initiatives to reduce waste and costs.
• Improve OEE and address bottlenecks to boost equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop manufacturing personnel to foster continuous improvement culture.
