Qualifications
Solid background in electronic schematic analysis.
Working experience on failure analysis or product design is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Understand semiconductor device specifications.
Use various tools to verify device failure mode.
Determine failure mechanism using isolation techniques.
Conduct chemical decapsulation procedures.
Perform mechanical microprobing at die-level.
Generate reports for internal and external customers.
Skills
Understanding semiconductor physics related to transistors
Ability to understand device specifications and interpret schematics
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of semiconductor failure mechanisms and FA tools
Knowledge of Image Sensor devices
