Job summary

City Sports Club Cebu, Inc. is seeking a proactive Security Supervisor to oversee daily guard deployment, monitoring, and incident reporting at our Cebu club.

The role ensures high security standards, coordinates with departments during events, conducts rounds, maintains equipment, and leads emergency responses and drills to safeguard members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate the daily deployment and performance of the security guard detachment.
• Conduct regular rounds and inspections of all club areas, entry points, and perimeters to detect and prevent security breaches.
• Oversee the proper operation and maintenance of all security equipment, including CCTV cameras, handheld radios, and access control systems.
• Act as a primary responder and coordinator during emergencies such as fire, natural disasters, medical crises, or security threats.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities on the premises and prepare detailed, accurate security reports for management.
• Enforce club policies, parking regulations, and entry protocols firmly yet courteously to ensure a safe environment for members and guests.
• Plan and coordinate security work schedules, logbook turnovers, and resolve deployment conflicts.
• Conduct routine security briefings and participate in emergency drills or safety training sessions required for the position.
• Maintain par stock and inventory of safety/security consumables (e.g., first aid supplies, logbooks, inspection mirrors).
• Foster strong teamwork and maintain excellent relations with other departments to ensure smooth operations during high-profile events or banquets.
